BOOKING
Before You Reserve
Is the entire villa rented exclusively?
Yes. Villa Santorini SV is rented exclusively to one group at a time. You and your guests have the entire nine-bedroom property, all common areas, the pool, and the grounds entirely to yourselves.
What is the minimum stay?
The minimum stay is 2 nights. During peak season — mid-December through early January, Semana Santa, and major Salvadoran holidays — a 3-night minimum applies.
How does the deposit and payment work?
A 30% deposit is required to confirm your booking. The remaining balance is due 30 days before your arrival date. We accept bank transfer and major credit cards.
Is the nightly rate the same for smaller groups?
The villa is priced as a whole — the rate applies whether you have 4 guests or 22. We do not rent individual rooms.
ARRIVING
Getting Here
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is from 3 pm. Check-out is by 11 am. Early check-in and late check-out can often be arranged — just let us know in advance.
How far is it from San Salvador airport?
Approximately 64 km from SAL Airport — about a 52-minute drive via the CA-2 coastal highway. We can recommend trusted transfer services on request.
Is there parking at the villa?
Yes. The villa has a private gated entrance with secure parking for up to 6 vehicles, suitable for large SUVs and minibuses.
DURING YOUR STAY

Is WiFi available throughout the villa?
Yes. High-speed Starlink WiFi throughout, including all bedrooms, common areas, terrace, and pool area. Login details provided at check-in.
Do all rooms have air conditioning?
Yes. All nine bedrooms are individually air-conditioned. The main living and dining areas also have ceiling fans and natural ocean cross-ventilation.
Can we use the pool at night?
The pool is available from 7 am to 11 pm. It is lit in the evenings and perfectly enjoyable after sunset.
Is there a kitchen for guest use?
Yes. The villa has a fully-equipped professional kitchen with gas range, oven, fridge, freezer, and all cookware. A private chef add-on is also available.
CANCELLATION
Cancellations & Changes
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellations more than 30 days before arrival: full refund of deposit. Within 30 days: deposit forfeited. Within 7 days: full booking amount forfeited. Travel insurance is strongly recommended.
Can I change my dates after booking?
We will always try to accommodate date changes subject to availability. Please reach out via WhatsApp or email as early as possible.
What happens if there is an emergency?
In genuine emergencies we handle situations with compassion on a case-by-case basis. We recommend travel insurance that covers early departure.
